Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all keycaps, switches, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Goblintech

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
