What is the typical shipping time for custom keycaps?
Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. For custom-printed sets or group buys, please refer to the specific timeline listed on the product page.
Are your keycaps compatible with my mechanical keyboard?
Most of our keycaps are designed for MX-style switches (Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, etc.). We recommend checking your keyboard's layout, specifically the bottom row and shift key sizes, before purchasing.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made items and soldered PCBs are generally non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
Do you ship internationally?
